As an Herbalist, Integrative Health Practitioner IHP2, trained Reflexologist, Certified Crystal Practitioner and student of Holistic Nutrition. 15 minute free consultation to learn more about my herbal offerings. This is great for someone who isn’t sure which remedy they should use. Gain insight into which herbs, tincture, or tincture blend would be most suitable for you! Offered over zoom.
1-1 Wellness Consultation:
This is a safe space to share your story, your health history and what you're wanting to achieve. From there we'll create a customized plan that works for you. This may include a combination of nutrition & lifestyle suggestions, herbal wisdom, supplement & drainage pathway support, breath work, & functional lab testing. When we give our bodies the proper nutrients and remove the barriers to vitality, great change is possible. We are intelligent beings with the capacity to heal. Offered virtually over zoom.
