Reflexology

Hailey has been practicing foot reflexology since 2016. Sessions begin with attention to the feet themselves, including assessment, gentle stretching and relaxation techniques before moving into the reflexology treatment. Reflexology works with specific areas of the feet traditionally understood to correspond with different structures and systems throughout the body.

People often come because they want a deeply relaxing hands-on treatment while supporting circulation, body awareness, stress reduction, and overall regulation. 

​

Hailey's approach also leaves room for the emotional and energetic pieces that can arise during bodywork.

Foot Reflexology is a gentle & non-invasive, hands on modality that supports the whole person. There are reflexes in the feet that correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. When we apply specific pressure to these areas; it promotes relaxation, increases circulation, and helps support the natural function of the body.

This is a truly holistic modality that works on a physical and emotional level. Reflexology can be helpful for releasing stagnated emotions in the body as well.

Earth Anchoring Sessions

Come back into your body and reconnect with yourself.

​

Earth Anchoring Sessions bring together Hailey's experience with Reiki, crystal healing, reflexology and herbalism in a deeply restorative session. The experience is individualized rather than following a rigid treatment formula. 

​

Some people come during periods of stress, transition or overwhelm while others simply feel the need to become grounded again.  Come back to yourself and come back to your body. Leave feeling rooted, and connected

​

Expect quiet, presence and space for your nervous system to settle.

We start the session with some guided breath work, and then we move into the energy healing portion of the session. This helps to identify energy blocks that often have roots in unprocessed emotions in the body and auric field. Earth Anchoring sessions aim to bring awareness to, and hold those parts that are wanting to be seen. This process is reinforced by selected reflexology points on the feet based on your needs. You'll also have access to a selection of herbal remedies to reinforce the intention of the session. Any intuitive guidance will be shared at the end of the session.

Rooted Wellness Sessions

A Rooted Wellness Session gives you space to share what has been happening in your body, your health history and what you would like support with.  Hailey looks across the different pieces of your experience and helps you create an individualized path forward that may include nourishment, lifestyle changes, herbal support and other practical tools.

 

These sessions may be useful when exploring patterns involving:

• Hormones + menstrual cycles

• Fatigue or low energy

• Digestion

• Stress + nervous system regulation

• Skin or inflammatory patterns

• Overall wellbeing

You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong - You can begin with your story.

When we give our bodies the proper nutrients and remove the barriers to vitality, great change is possible. We are intelligent beings with the capacity to heal. Offered virtually over zoom.
