What I love about the HTMA, is that it showcases how our bodies try to maintain homeostasis by increasing certain minerals and electrolytes in response to others that are increasing/decreasing. It's really interesting to interpret them. Even if there is an imbalance, it shows that our bodies have the innate wisdom to heal.
