Urtica Dioica
Nettle, a classic Mars ruled plant, is deeply nourishing- full of vitamins and minerals that enrich the blood, cool and cleanse excessive heat, and emotionally cool those who tend to be hot headed. 
It has an affinity for the blood, liver, kidneys, skin. It can act as a diuretic as well. Nettle is a drying plant.
